Have you been interested in launching an independent podcast but don’t know how or where to start? We want to share DIY tools for recording, interviewing and establishing your own podcast, hosted by Queer, Black & Awkward podcast runner, Orion Mayas.
This workshop goes over the fundamentals of running an independent podcast such as establishing a show format, interview tips, owning your RSS feed, marketing and equipment basics. Plus, we’ll have equipment available for you to experiment with, and record a sample introduction to your podcast!
The RUDE Collective is bringing you a FREE DIY creative workshop series, focused on giving you creative options to share your passions. RUDE TALKS presents a Rap Songwriting workshop taught by myst milano. & a Podcast Creation workshop hosted by Orion Mayas. Each workshop has a capacity, so please sign up via the eventbrite link under each workshop. Food, drinks and TTC tokens will be provided to participants.
