where now?

in an unprecedented moment of torontonian fame, where now? expounds on what the city and its residents truly stand to gain — and, of course, lose — in its climb to a become an internationally-recognized cultural hub. who reaps the benefits? and who is its first casualty?

where now? travels through the city rooting itself in the very fabric of the story. place-making in different galleries and arts organizations, the project can be found in the expansion space on the second floor of the toronto media arts centre. it will run from september 4-20 from 10am-5pm every day culminating in a talkback discussion on september 19 (hyperlinked to eventbrite).
